Security Guide
Our Payment Approach
Atmora separates ordinary customer support from sensitive payment authentication. Payment verification happens inside checkout, your payment app, card issuer, or bank flow — not through an Atmora support conversation.
Your browser should use the secure HTTPS checkout experience provided by the Shopify storefront and connected payment services.
Online transactions are processed through the payment infrastructure made available at checkout rather than through manual support collection.
Order ID, registered contact details, and transaction reference are normally sufficient for support investigation.
Authentication codes and PINs should be entered only in the relevant payment or banking interface under your control.
Security Layers
Atmora’s store uses the security capabilities of Shopify and the payment services presented during checkout. These layers help separate shopping, payment processing, order verification, and support.
The store and checkout experience rely on Shopify’s ecommerce infrastructure and secure web connection.
Online transaction information is processed by the payment infrastructure offered at checkout, subject to that provider’s systems and terms.
Your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider may require an OTP, PIN, approval, or another authentication step.
Support can help with payment status or order questions, but should not ask for OTPs, PINs, CVVs, or passwords.
If someone claiming to represent Atmora asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, screen-sharing access, or remote-control access to your device, do not provide it.
Payment Methods
Payment availability can vary by order, device, serviceability, bank, or provider. The methods actually displayed during Atmora checkout are the methods available for that transaction.
If UPI is available at checkout, complete the payment inside your own UPI app and enter your UPI PIN only there.
If AvailableIf card payment is offered, use the secure checkout fields and complete any authentication requested by your card issuer.
If AvailableWhere bank-based or net-banking options are displayed, complete authentication only through the bank or payment interface shown at checkout.
If AvailableCOD may be available on serviceable Indian PIN codes. Payment is completed at delivery according to the order amount shown.
Where ServiceablePromotions, coupons, prepaid benefits, or limited-time savings are governed by the offer shown on the website or checkout at the time of purchase. This page does not independently create a discount.
Stay Safe Online
Secure systems help, but customer awareness matters too. Use these simple precautions whenever you make an online payment or receive a message about your transaction.
Do not share these with anyone claiming to be Atmora support:
Make sure you are shopping through the genuine Atmora website and that your browser shows a secure HTTPS connection before entering payment details.
Avoid making sensitive payments on unknown public Wi-Fi, shared computers, or devices you do not control.
If a message asks you to make a second payment, send money to a personal account, or click an unfamiliar link, verify it with official Atmora support before acting.
Payment Journey
A normal prepaid order usually moves through these stages. The exact screens can differ depending on the payment method and provider.
Choose from the payment methods shown as available in the Atmora checkout for your order.
CheckoutApprove the payment in your bank, card, UPI, or payment-provider interface. Keep authentication credentials private.
Your ControlThe payment system sends the transaction result back to checkout so the order can reflect successful, failed, or pending status.
Transaction StatusWhen the store records the successful order, confirmation details are associated with your registered contact information.
Order CreatedA failed payment can occur because of bank decline, authentication failure, connectivity, timeout, limit restrictions, or payment-provider issues. If no debit occurred, you may retry through checkout after confirming the first attempt failed.
If your bank or payment app shows a debit but Atmora does not show a confirmed order, avoid making repeated payments until you have checked the transaction status. Contact Atmora support with the payment reference and registered details.
Some transactions remain pending while the bank or payment provider completes processing. A pending status does not necessarily mean the order is confirmed. Wait for a final status or contact support if the status does not resolve.
If you believe the same order was charged more than once, collect the transaction references and contact support. Do not share OTPs, PINs, CVVs, or passwords during the investigation.
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly if you notice an unauthorised transaction, and also inform Atmora support if the charge appears connected with an Atmora order.
Refund eligibility and initiation are governed by Atmora’s Refund & Exchange Policy. After a refund is initiated, additional bank or payment-provider processing time may apply before the amount appears.
Payment FAQ
These answers cover the most common concerns around credentials, payment methods, COD, failed payments, suspicious messages, and refunds.
No. Atmora support should never ask you to reveal an OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, or online-banking password. Authentication details should only be entered inside the relevant secure payment or banking interface.
The exact payment service available can depend on Atmora’s current Shopify checkout configuration. For accuracy, rely on the payment methods and provider flow displayed during checkout rather than an unsupported gateway claim on this page.
Use the methods shown as available during checkout. These may include prepaid options such as UPI, card or bank-based payments, plus Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
COD lets you complete payment at delivery where the option is available. Make sure the parcel corresponds to your Atmora order and pay the amount shown for that order.
Do not immediately pay again. Check your payment status and contact Atmora support with the registered phone/email, amount, transaction reference, and approximate payment time.
Do not proceed until you verify the request through an official Atmora support channel. Normal online payment should follow the payment flow presented by the Atmora checkout.
Sensitive online payment credentials are handled by the checkout and payment services used for the transaction. Atmora support does not need your OTP, PIN, CVV, or banking password to assist with an order.
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly for an unauthorised charge. If the transaction appears connected with an Atmora order, contact Atmora support with non-sensitive transaction details as well.
Atmora’s Refund & Exchange Policy governs refund eligibility and initiation. Once initiated, the final posting time can depend on the bank or payment provider.
Use Atmora’s official WhatsApp, email, landline, Instagram, or Facebook support channels listed at the bottom of this page.
Important Security Notes
Keep these principles in mind whenever a payment, refund, support request, or transaction message involves Atmora.
Authentication codes are for you to enter into the bank, card, UPI, or payment interface — not for support agents.
Do not install unknown screen-sharing or remote-control software because someone claims it is required for an Atmora refund or payment.
If a payment status is unclear, check the first transaction before attempting a second payment for the same order.
When in doubt, verify a payment message through the official contact channels published by Atmora.
Eligible refunds are handled according to the Refund & Exchange Policy. A legitimate refund should never require sharing your UPI PIN or OTP.
Payment providers and methods may change as the store evolves, so this page avoids hard-coding an unconfirmed gateway name.
Payment Support
Contact Atmora through an official support channel. Share your order ID, registered contact information, payment amount, and transaction reference — but never send an OTP, PIN, CVV, or banking password.
